Karl Belfonti, the new owner of the 10th Street Gym is a graduate from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor and Master Degree in Exercise Physiology. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Specialist. Karl has an extensive experience in group and individual training from his time in the Army, on the Special Operations Response Team and as a Wellness Coordinator with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Val DeJoseph is passionate about spinning, fitness and health. She is a certified Spinning Instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc., the creators of the Spinning® program, since 2008. Val enjoys cycling outdoors, swimming and outdoor running. Over the last 4 years Val’s passion is to participate in Sprint triathlons and encourage others to join her for the challenge and fun. She resides in North Wildwood, NJ.
Maggie is a AAAI & ISMA Certified Fitness Trainer and Indoor Cycling Instructor. As an amateur triathlete, she focuses on creating workouts to maximize athletic performance through a combination of cardio and strength training exercises. Maggie enjoys being an instructor because she loves helping people improve their fitness level and live a happier, healthier lifestyle. She enjoys exercising outdoors and loves open water swimming, cycling, running and weight training. Maggie is native of Philadelphia but now resides in North Wildwood, NJ.
Michelle Rosenello, is a Certified Personal Trainer AAAI/ ISMA, IFTA, Cycle Instructor, and Nutrition Consultant. With a degree in Education and Master’s degree in counseling she has always had a passion for helping others. She enjoys teaching group fitness classes and personal training so that she can share her love for health and fitness with others.
Steve Sumler has been with The Gym at 10th Street for over 20 years. As a veteran in health and fitness, Steve is always willing to discuss a new weight routine and motivate your desire to succeed. Come visit Steve at the front counter, training on the floor or take one of his Cardio Kick Boxing or Dumbbell Mania classes. Personal training with Steve is also available.
David Rodrigues has been a gym rat and health enthusiast for more than 30 years. The overall winner of the 2009 Body Challenge Contest held annually at The Gym at 10th Street. Dave is well versed in leveraging diet and exercise routines to increase endurance, build muscle and lose body fat. Dave Rodrigues is the master at TRX and Extreme Kettlebell workouts.
Nancy is the masseuse at The Gym at 10th Street. She has an excellent massage special. Come in to find out more about Nancy!
Fred puts his experience as a police office to use as a personal trainer. As a founding member of The Gym at 10th Street, he’s provided personal training to the Wildwood community over 50 years. His sterling reputation is synonymous with health and fitness.
